I am a certified personal trainer, and I run individual, pair and small group personal training. I run sessions outdoors, taking advantage of the benefits that moving in nature has to offer, and boosting happiness. Learn how to move your body to improve fitness and build strength. We’ll do this through simple yet challenging personalised workouts in green spaces.
I am based in the UK and France. I work in-person in the UK (London and the South East) and France (Chalabre and its surroundings), and around the world online (using Zoom).
My training is for anyone who wants to be healthier, stronger, happier. Whether you're new or returning to fitness, or training for a specific sporting event I'll work with you to develop a tailored plan that will help you meet your goals. that will leave you healthier and loving your body for what it can do.

Up to 3 workouts weekly tailored to your goals. You do these in your own time & we have a weekly video call to check in on progress & feedback. We use TrueCoach, an online platform that's easy to use and shows a video demonstration of each exercise in your workout.
1:1 or 1:2 training session for 1 hour in person or live on Zoom. Tailored to help you meet your goals and include nutritional advice, home exercise programmes and support between sessions.
1:many training sessions for 1 hour, in person or live on Zoom - reap the motivational benefits of training with friends. I run several scheduled sessions each week - online and in-person, or contact me to set up private group training for you and your friends.
